BSI PricingBSI can provide a complete solution to your specimen inventory tracking needs. But did you know that IMS will setup BSI to meet your requirements for about the same price as other companies charge for off the shelf software? IMS also provides customization and database server hosting options at very affordable prices. So you can relax and let IMS provide the services for you. Below is our current price sheet. Database Creation & Setup – $10,000This is the fee for creation of a BSI database including: creation of your customized BSI database structure, creation of your toolkit, adjusting the validation checks to work with your database, addition of up to ten new data validation checks, modification of the standard reports to adhere to your database structure, and deployment of the new database. Yearly Subscription – $5,000The yearly subscription fee provides for general system maintenance, ensuring compatibility of new features with your database, enhancing your toolkit to take advantage of new features, performance tuning, programming to implement new technologies, and the development of new features. Additional ServicesIMS provides additional services such as BSI customization, database loads, data analysis, data exports, billing reports, and data cleaning. This work is performed on a time and materials basis at affordable rates. BSI HostingThe IMS computer center offers hosting of the BSI database, servers, and Web services at very competitive prices. The IMS computer center services provide all computer hardware and software for the operation and hosting of a BSI database. IMS maintains this hardware and software in a central computing facility at a secure off-site location with 24 hour on-site security personnel, back-up generators and redundant Internet connections. This location provides an environment that is secure and that ensures production systems will be available 24/7. BSI hosting services also include storing the data on an SQL database, renewing any user licenses, providing a firewall to protect your data, administrating of the database servers, performing back-ups and other computer center functions. The annual hosting fee is calculated and billed yearly, and depends on the size of your database. The pricing table for the IMS hosting is:
